Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged, have no signs of wear items within 7 days after you received the package.
No Personalized Item
All items that are engraved or customized are not eligible for a return or refund at any time and are final sale.
Original Packaging Required
Please note that there will be a IDR 20.000 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging (box and pouch included).
