Why can’t I pay against invoice?

If there is any issues happen make you unable to pay the invoice, make sure you’ve already met this criteria:

  • Registered with the minimum age 18 when visit our website
  • Email address entered must be the same when you are registered
  • You have entered the incorrect information
  • Or you can contact us via WhatsApp click here.

Why can’t I pay with my card?

You probably enter the wrong security code. Please make sure to enter the correct information and if it keeps happening for several times, kindly check your code at the online bank or contact your bank office.

  • We only accept payment with 3D Secure Card developed by Visa and Mastercard to make the cardholders feeling safe when they shop online. 3D Secure works when the consumer fills their card detail, they will receive a code that only they know.

Order & Shipping

What is the standard rate & time of the shipment?

There will be various rate according to the location of our consumer. The standard time would be around 3-5 days for the shipment.

Does Anaffa accept international shipment?

Unfortunately Anaffa has not accepted the international shipment yet due to Covid-19 pandemic.

What should I do if I don’t receive any order confirmation?

If you haven’t received the order confirmation though you have paid the invoice, please send reach out hello@anaffa.com or kindly reach us on WhatsApp at +6282367666222

Is it allowed to cancel or change the order?

No, it isn’t. You can’t cancel or change the order once you have completed the purchase. However, if you haven’t completed it yet, you may change the order.

What if I want to return the package?

You couldn’t return the package without this specific criteria:

  • Product you receive when unboxing is broken
  • Product you receive is customized
  • Product you receive when unboxing has different category you have ordered
  • If you meet all the criteria above, please give us your unboxing video for the proof to hello@anaffa.com

Why my discount voucher can’t be used?

If your discount voucher isn’t worked, you can check the product you have ordered are not in sale category. Discount voucher can’t be used with other offers. Please ensure before you checkout that the cart is included the discount.

What if I forget my discount voucher?

Remember the latest name code you receive and kindly email us to hello@anaffa.com

Is Anaffa able to customize my jewellery?

We only provide engraved jewellery as requested. We have not started to customize jewellery yet.

If I purchase for gift, does Anaffa provide gift wrapping service?

Yes, we do! We prepare the best for your sweet moments. You can request if you’d like to have personal message in it by emailing us to hello@anaffa.com
